Welcome to Live Remote Assistance! Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem regarding your diagramming software? With our live remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.
Within our Support Center, you can get more information in our knowledge base, submit a ticket for help, view your previous tickets and know their statuses and solutions, or perform a license audit (for those with an active maintenance account).
Have you previously purchased our software and need to re-download the software to your new computer? Our download center allows you to find the latest version, as well as older versions of Easy Street Draw, ScenePD, FireScene, and ATTAC.
We strive to provide products that deliver long-term value and back them up with great technical support. Over time however, changes to hardware and to operating systems eventually impede our ability to effectively support our older products.
