How to get support

E-mail us at softwaresupport@trancite.com or call us at 1-877-908-4777 and one of our Support technicians will be able to assist you.

- Please call us Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm MDT to schedule a remote session with one of our available technicians.

Step 1

You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team.
Your support representative can chat with you via “GoToAssist Chat” anytime during the remote session.

Step 2

Enter the “code” the support representative gives you.

Step 3

With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

Type the code you received from your Representative and click Continue to proceed.
